Outstanding Quality
Using only the finest of ingredients our pizzas are second to none. Proofed for a minimum of 24hrs provides a soft yet chewy base that cooks to perfection. If its perfectly round, give it a frown. Our pizzas are stretched and shaped by hand and therefore have a more authentic look and feel. We think this adds to the experience as opposed to perfectly round pre-rolled and frozen 'traditional' bases.

Our modern trailer mounted oven can produce either 3 x 12" pizza's or 4 x 10" pizzas every 90 seconds.
